Do you serve hot food?
No, we do not deliver anything heated.
Is catering available in San Francisco?

Can I place my order in voicemail?
No, please do not leave any order information in a voicemail. If you leave your contact information, we will return your call as soon as possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Homegrown understands that meetings and events get cancelled or changed. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice prior to your delivery time for any cancellation. Cancellations made under 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time will incur a 50% charge.
What's the difference between your stores and “Homegrown Catering?”
Homegrown Catering produces and delivers many of the same great offerings that you find in our stores, but this service is geared towards $50+ orders. We offer Box Lunches, Sandwich Platters + Salad Bowls for meetings and events
What are your office hours?
Our catering office is open Monday–Friday 7am–6pm PST, Saturday–Sunday Closed
Do you accept “Day of” orders?
Please give us a call as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Can I order online without an online account?
No, you must create an online account with us in order place an order online. We use the highest online security standards to ensure client information stays safe.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard + Visa.
How do I set up a Corporate Account?

Do you accept payment on delivery?
No, we do not accept any form of payment on delivery. All credit card transactions must be applied over the phone or online. And all checks for house accounts must be mailed to the Homegrown headquarters at 3016 78th Ave SE, Mercer Island, WA 98040. Gratuity can be applied on delivery on the order invoice if it has not been applied previously!
Do salads come already dressed or with dressings on the side?
All salads are delivered with dressings served on the side.
Do you have breakfast options?
Sorry, we do not have any breakfast catering options.
How will I know which sandwiches are in my sandwich platter?
Each sandwich platter is labeled on the inside of the lid detailing how many of each type of sandwich are in the box.
Do you cater on the weekend?
By what time do I need to place my order?
All catering orders need to be submitted by 2pm the business day before, e.g. if by 2pm on Friday for Monday
Can I request an exact delivery time?
We only guarantee orders delivered within the 30 minute windows in our online checkout, but if you have a specific delivery time, just let us know and we'll do our best to meet it!

Can I place an order for the weekend?
We require 72 hours notice for any weekend orders
Can I pay with a check on delivery?
You can pay with a check but not on delivery. You must set up a Corporate Account and send your check payable to Homegrown to 3016 78th Ave SE Mercer Island WA 98040
Can I pay on terms?
Yes, you can set up Net 14 terms, but you must set up a Corporate Account and attain credit approval.
I would like to apply a gratuity, is this already included in the finalized cost?
We appreciate the thought of you wanting to apply a gratuity! We do not include gratuity on any of our catering orders, but our catering team thanks you for your generosity! Gratuity can be applied when placing your order or when you sign for it at delivery.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes, you can select any sandwich, salad or box lunch to be gluten-free. Our gluten-free bread and cookies are baked in a gluten-free facility.
Do you provide the service ware that I need for the event?
We will provide you with the necessary compostable service ware for your event
What is a box lunch?
A Box Lunch comes with your choice of sandwich (whole or half) or salad (small or medium), a bag of sea salt potato chips, a cookie and organic fruit.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, our minimum order amount is $50, excluding tax + gratuity
If I need to change my order, how much notice do I need to give you?
Please submit all change requests by 5pm on the business day prior to your delivery date.
Do you do equipment rental?
No, we are strictly a pick-up/drop-off catering company. We are not equipped to rent out equipment or staff your event. Sorry!
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Some delivery fees may apply if you're outside of our core delivery zone. Please speak with one of our support reps to learn more.
I missed your 2pm deadline. Can I still place an order?
Please call us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Absolutely, please give us a call prior to ordering to discuss your order in greater detail
If I have a Corporate Account with you, can I place an order online?
Yes, but only if you complete the checkout process with a credit card.
Can I pay with cash?
Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery.
How do I pay for my catering order?
All possible forms of payment are processed through our catering office. We accept two methods of payment, Credit Cards and Checks (payable via Homegrown House Accounts)
Do you have coffee, tea or other beverages?
Yes, we have organic coffee and tea as well as an assortment of organic and local juices and sodas. We do not sell bottled water.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes, we have many vegan and vegetarian options and they are all marked clearly as such on the menu. If you have a question about any of our products, please contact us.
What is a sandwich platter?
Our sandwich platters are an assortment or the sandwiches of your choice, sold by the half (minimum order of 6 half sandwiches) and served in a recyclable box
