HGxOxbow Pickle Update
We've partnered with Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center and Seattle Pickle Co. to create our very own organic dill pickles. Our Marketmore cucumbers are growing fast at Oxbow’s certified organic farm in Carnation, WA. From the initial planting and trellising to the upcoming harvest this fall, we are thrilled to see the progress our plants have made thanks to the hard-working teams at Oxbow and Seattle Pickle Co. Both our partners epitomize environmental stewardship and community-based commerce.
Chris Coburn of Seattle Pickle Co. gave us a quick update from the farm, “With this recent warm trend we are experiencing, we are on track to start harvesting by mid-August.”
