We are beyond excited to partner with Olympia Provisions, Portland's finest purveyor of authentic charcuterie. Their salami is antibiotic-free pork raised in the Pacific Northwest.

The more stores we build, the more conscious we are of our footprint on the environment. And we’re not just blowing smoke! We’re excited to announce that we’re now offsetting 100% of our stores’ electrical power usage with clean wind energy.
In search of a clean, alternative energy offset, we partnered with Arcadia Power to ensure that for every kWh of electricity we use, a kWh of clean energy is produced and put back on the grid. Sustainability is central to our mission and while so much of our focus is on where our food comes from and why, we are equally passionate about changing the way America consumes energy - from fossil fuels to renewables.
In the Pacific Northwest we have many amazing local makers around us. One of Seattle’s most classic food producers is Beecher’s Homemade Cheese, a local favorite and a Homegrown favorite. We love partnering with such an incredible local company that’s focused on creating mindfully produced products free of harmful additives.
Founder Kurt Beecher Dammeier is not just passionate about cheese but also believes that people should “know more about the food they eat – where it comes from, what goes into it and how it is made.” With a vision that we so deeply connect with, Beecher’s is a natural fit for us, and a delicious one at that.
