2021 CSA -Farm Share CSA in partnership with Ecolibrium Farms
We are proud to offer a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program from our farm partnership with Ecolibrium in the PNW for 2021 (June through mid-November).
You have a farm? I thought you were a restaurant?
In an effort to better connect our food and the earth we started a partnership with Ecolibrium Farms, an organic farm in Woodinville, WA. The farm supports our stores with local, hyper-seasonal, organic produce. We also use the partnership as a tool to teach our partners about sustainable agriculture. Ecolibrium is an amazing local partner that helps our growing business hold to our commitment to keeping it local and inspires us to continue to incorporate local ingredients and support other PNW farms.
Why a CSA?
CSA stands for “Community Supported Agriculture". CSA programs are a great way of shortening a food chain that is increasingly elongated in modern food consumption. The produce in your CSA will come directly from Ecolibrium's healthy soil to YOU. The CSA aims to bring you the freshest, most delicious, locally-grown, organic produce around. So join us!
What will I get in my weekly CSA?
Each week’s box will contain a selection of produce - typically 7-8 items: classic favorites & specialty ingredients all picked at the peak moment of ripeness. You will also receive a weekly email containing tips and recipes to learn how to use some of the more interesting items in your box.
Where can I pick up my box?
There are 2 options for receiving your weekly produce box - the boxes will be available for pick up at the following Homegrown locations on Thursdays after 2 PM or at Ecolibrium in Woodinville on Wednesday afternoons.
Homegrown Pickup Locations:
Redmond, Kirkland, Capitol Hill (Melrose Market), South Lake Union, Mercer Island, Queen Anne, Downtown Seattle, U Village
